We process SAE bores for standard shafts. The taper rate of 1:12 is for shafts of 5.50" and larger diameter. The SAE taper for shafts less than 5.50" is 1:16, i.e. 0.75" taper per foot. The propeller you are viewing would be bored with a 1:16 taper.
