The Shaft shark 4.00" has a width of 0.72". Your gap is 0.86 so it would work. The 4.00" model is the correct size for your 2.55" OD Flexofold hub.
I have a 35mm shaft, 65mm prop hub (flex o fold ), and a 22mm gap. Will the SS400 work? Shaft Shark Line Cutter 4.00" Split
At the top it says a minimum of .9" gap is needed but in the form it says .72" which would leave me with roughly 4mm clearance which seems tight. I have a Flex O Fold ISO 35 3-blade hub.
