If the customer is not satisfied, we use the performance data to determine the appropriate replacement propeller through our 30-day pitch exchange program (Within the first 30 days of prop ship date from Factory, we will do a 1-Time Exchange for a propeller of equal value and different pitch, for $50.00 per propeller. Prop must be returned to the PowerTech Factory in Shreveport Louisiana at purchaser’s expense, in perfect condition. Any blemishes, dents, dings, scratches and/or damage will be accessed by the factory with the amount to be charged for the repair.
