If your 2-blade performs, going to a 3-blade I'd drop an inch or two in pitch with the same diameter. If you compete or need every half-knot out of sailing the Gori is an excellent choice.
If you're not racing or making long passages, a cost-effective option would be the FlexoFold, same sizing. Both props are excellent, the Gori is just more top-end and performs at a higher level, like putting FireStones or Perrelli's on your car.
