Looking for replacement of my worn out folding prop 15 X 9 ( not made anymore) to 2 blade 14 X 11 or 3 blade 14 X 9.

Yes, these would be similar. Rule of thumb is 1:1, so if you reduce an inch of diameter you want to add an inch of pitch. Given that, going two inches of pitch change will make a RPM difference (or the motor will load heavier/lighter) of around 200 RPM per inch of pitch, less if you're reducing pitch, more if you're increasing pitch.
