Thanks for your inquiry. The free shipping only applies in the continental US.
The Volvo set is $765/set, or the BS-Pro set is $599/set USD plus shipping. We've sold the after-market BS-Pro's for years with no complaints, very comparable to the Volvo OEM set.
The Volvo sets would have to ship from Volvo US to my location, then forwarded to your final destination. The BS-Pro's would ship from our location the same day the order is placed.
