The ELE3 & 4 blade do not go up to a 24 pitch and not the best choice for bass boats - Look at the VMX3-blade in a 24, 25 pitch, prop specifically designed for bass boats w/jack plates and flats style boats for Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki outboards, etc, etc.
