If the 3-blade performed well, just go with the same pitch. If you're slow pulling up skiers etc., drop an inch or two in pitch. If you do, you may have to practice throttle control when you're just cruising.
What would be best prop for towing skiers, tubers, wakeboarders and cruising for Volvo penta sx 3.0 motor? Michigan Vortex 3 Propeller Volvo SX
Not sure 3 or 4 blade and what angle? Old prop was 3 blade
