These couplings are all bored to SAE sizes depending on your bore size. So yes, a coupling ordered for a 2" shaft will have the appropriate keyway.
The shaft is 2 inches. And the key way is 1/2 inch. This is for a Borg Warner transmission for a Ford Lehman 80hp. Walter Solid Propeller Shaft Coupling 5"AX Borg Warner
