Autostream Self Feathering Propeller 18"
In the parts book it has written 18X14 in pen. The engines are 3 cylinder turbo 47 hp.yanmars. The mechanic has no knowledge of how to set them. Should the port engine prop rotate anticlockwise and the starboard rotate clockwise ? Can this be done in setiing the prop pitch ? I remember the adjustment nuts on the hubs were facing inboard. Or does the saildrive cause shaft rotation in different clockwise or anticlockwise directions? The saildrives are yanmar SD31's and I sheared one vertical shaft in December from a log and you got right back to me. Now the mechanic has lost washers and bolts and nuts to attach to the saildrive and Martec apparently doesn't have spares. I'd really like to talk to you or facetime to sort this bungled mess out.
