Usually hardware is reusable...if the gasket is worn though, it's not a bad idea to replace.
Do u need to install a new front nut after each prop removal Volvo Penta DPS D,F,I Front Propeller Nut 3851569
It was really xxxx the starboard side to remove the front nut- very little grease on shaft- the nuts have gaskets- looks like the gasket is worn
