Thank you for your question - The Shaft Shark 4.00" is acceptable size for your 2 3/4" O.D. hub. This gives you a 5/8" overhang as manufacture recommends anywhere from 1/2" to 1" as adequate.
My prop hub (Max-Prop) is 2.75 inches. The Shark 400 cutter seems to big. Is that the correct size I'd need? Shaft Shark Line Cutter 4.00" Split
