To correctly size a prop, we need the engine model/horsepower, max rated RPM's, gear ratio and shaft size/type. It's also helpful to know the current propellers size and performance (or performance issues).
Given that, if you can reach but not exceed max RPM's and are satisfied with the current performance, we typically suggest staying with the same diameter and pitch when migrating from a fixed to folding/feathering prop.
